In high risk pregnancy cases, both mother and her fetus are at a higher risk. There are advanced treatments offered for high risk pregnancy cases wherein the treatment varies depending on risk factors associated with the problem like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, twin pregnancy, Rh negative pregnancy etc.
Normal delivery is the natural process of bringing baby in this world through pelvis. It is considered to be the most successful process as the mother recovers quickly and baby is also healthy. If your haemoglobin, blood pressure and fetal heart rate are in control, then this delivery will have a great success rate.
Painless delivery is dependent on the condition of mother during pregnancy. Epidural injection will be used to relieve the pain. Monitoring will be done after every 15 minutes to check the blood pressure and fetal heart rate.
In this, the delivery of baby is done by an incision through abdomen. It is a transverse incision in lower abdomen just 2 cm above the pubis. Elective caesarean delivery is advised in some cases like breech presentation, transverse lie, placenta previa etc. Emergency caesarean is advised in certain conditions like meconium stained labour, abnormal fetal heart rate, etc.
Pregnancy and post delivery diet charts will be allotted to you. We will be providing you diet schedule of what to eat, when to eat and in how much quantity. Consuming high-rich fibre, minerals and 8-10 glasses of water per day is a common thing you should all go for.
Every situation is unique and after analysing that, we provide you health chart and exercises to be done. As a consultant, we would recommend you to have a proper diet, don’t lift heavy weight, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours and avoid junk food. Smoking and alcohol consumption should be avoided.
